NOBODY ISN’T SOMEWHERE

These are some extremely brief examples of various characters who exist within the setting. Intended only as starting points for brainstorming, these concepts are meant to illustrate the creative breadth of possible existences but will never enumerate “the options” in full.

THIS.BUILTINS

Characters I myself have made, hailing from a variety of metatextual origins. Some were migrated in, others are “native,” so to speak. Some originate within specific creative writing projects, others are NPCs or otherwise bare concepts. Regardless of these origins, these characters and their stories are certainly somewhere within the world and history of Zeitgeist, whether past, present, or future.

PHOEBE

A nonconformist neon-pink Novakid rejecting her traditionalist upbringing to pursue a Spacer lifestyle. Though too irresponsible to captain her space pirate crew, her force of personality is rivalled only by her masterful skill as a daring pilot.

ALEXANDER

Twins by the same name, these mysterious so-called “cyber-ghosts” are escaped experimental subjects. One takes the form of a hyperactive and friendly fire elemental, and the other an adversarial but curious ice elemental.

NULL_VIBES

A vaporwave artist with a private lifestyle who was once real. Following a widely-believed and unchallenged rumour of their artificial nature, however, they now persist only as a geist haunting their own studio.

IP3-K

When a collection of beta models for a line of “IP3” sentient smartphones was inadvertently jettisoned into space, it was written off as a loss. Identifier K found rescue by a small, independent vessel. He searches for the rest of his line.
